FAQs

 

what influences the pricing of your packages?

for all packages, pricing will depend on number of attendees, amount of coordination needed (i.e. more than 3 vendors, is managing budget included, etc.), or if it is a destination or local event.

do you travel?

yes, absolutely! I’d love to help you coordinate an event at any dream destination for an additional fee.

what are your cancellation policies?

for all packages, cancellation/event attendee policies are always included in your contract. Please review the contract in its entirety before booking.

how do payments work?

for all packages, to secure a date and book my services, a non-refundable retainer will be paid at the time of booking. depending on the package price, remainder payments can be either on a payment plan leading up to the event or paid 30 days before the event.

for bach party packages, fees for the activities/meal reservations/etc. within the custom itinerary can be paid directly by you or all payments can be handled by myself with each attendee.
